Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy

 

At HMYL EASY, we want you to feel confident in your purchase.

30-Day Returns

We accept return requests within 30 days of delivery.

To start a return, contact us at support@hekneepads.com with your order number and the reason for your return. Please do not send an item back before we provide return instructions.

To be eligible, items must be returned in their original condition, with all included parts and accessories. We may inspect returned items before issuing a refund.

Quality Issues, Damage, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 30 days of delivery at support@hekneepads.com. Please include your order number and clear photos or a short video showing the issue when possible.

For verified quality issues, damaged items, or incorrect items:

  • We provide a prepaid return label when a return is needed.

  • No restocking fee applies.

  • We will offer a replacement, replacement parts, or a refund as appropriate.

Non-Quality Returns

If you are returning an item for a non-quality reason, including changing your mind, ordering more than needed, no longer wanting the item, or ordering the wrong item, your return is still eligible within the 30-day return window.

We provide free return shipping for eligible returns. However, a 20% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund for non-quality returns.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the refund decision. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.

Your bank or card issuer may need additional time to post the refund to your account.

Order Cancellations

You may cancel an unfulfilled order free of charge within 24 hours after placing it.

To request a cancellation, email support@hekneepads.com as soon as possible with your order number. We cannot guarantee cancellations requested after 24 hours or after an order has entered fulfillment or has shipped. If your order has already shipped, you may request a return after delivery under this policy.
