These have changed my life!I use these in tru-spec tactical technician pants(which I could not recommend more!). I’m a service technician who’s on his knees and at least half of my service calls. I always struggled with knee pain and carried a kneeling mat in my tool bag but half the time wouldn’t pull it out.I tried four different knee pads before getting these, they are significantly better than any of the others and you don’t need to remove them to wash the pants. I’ve been using them for almost a year and they are still in great shape.The square pads with gaps feels a little funny at first but they conform much better and most people can’t tell they are even in the pants when I’m standing.I used to try to be as cheap as possible with my work pants but changing to nice pants that with these cushions is the best money I have ever spent.

Tight fit for sure you do have to roll to insert in the CQR BDU tactical pants. Didn’t have to cut them knowing they stay in place and the whole knee is protected, very good engineering. Much easier to take a knee and crawl around crawl spaces, hard surfaced and rock landscaping knowing the pads are staying in place, purchasing the 1” pad thickness makes them super comfortable and supportive

They are simple foam knee pads, but they stay in place, and they have been a knee saver for me. I use them in some pants I bought at Lowe’s. I didn’t think they would be thick enough, but they are proving to provide enough protection. I do wish they were shaped a little more concave to conform to the shape of the knee, but oh well. They’ve held up to repeated remove and reinstalls for washing the pants.

Good product. Like having dinner plates in your pants initially but after some modifications ;ie scoring and cutting existing flex lines in product I really like them. For being so thin they are surprisingly good for kneeling on. I am a welder and when I get down its on concrete and my knees have been through it after 30 years. Would definitely recommend.

Tight fit as is but they fit in a 34x30 Vertx Phantom Flex Ops pant without trimming. Definitely thin and the firmness protects the knees. Will buy another pair for other pants.

These are very comfortable, durable for heavy use, and warm. They would be suitable for activities such as paintball or drills, and also for tasks involving frequent packing and unpacking of boxes, such as in a supermarket, retail, or warehouse environment.While they are vented, they do not offer optimal breathability. And the are seriously bulky. They will fill that whole slot in your bdu pants, and everyone will see them. Those are only minor negatives though.

Works really well.I used to use the strap on knee pads but they were always a hassle from having to be too tight to stay in place.These fit my Carhartt's and generally stay in place

The quality of these knee pad inserts is excellent. The size is perfect and fits easily into my work pants without feeling bulky. I put these into my tough duck overalls, it has a bottom slit for the knee pad insert. I'm 69kg and they work pretty well, I still get some knee pain but I think that's me not the pad.The moment that my overalls slide and I press my knee directly to ground I remember how grateful I am to have these knee pads in there.There are two little wings at the bottom to help keep things in place, I wish they were a little more rigid as one of my pads is trying to get out of the pad pocket. Otherwise I'm enjoying it

I’m always pleasantly surprised how comfortable these knee pads are. They fit well in the knee pad pockets of Ellobird brand work pants.

I’ve tried a few different brands and sizes. These seem to fit and work the best on a daily basis. I do a lot of trim and baseboard work wish is rough on the knees. These stay in my pants daily. I’ve found with these I don’t even take them out of my pants before washing. I leave them in and they are fine!! Now it’s not good to wash multiple pairs at once because of the thickness it clogs up your other clothes.I haven’t had any soreness so they are doing there job perfectly. It’s easy to put them in your pants and they hold up great!!I will be buying more I’m sure. I have 4 pairs now. For all of my pants.

Put them in my Carhartt overalls. They're really big, but you could trim them to fit if they were too big. For my use, they are great. They fit perfectly without trimming and provide a lot of knee protection. Left them in during the wash cycle, and all good.
